I am now the first game. Fairly easy to install. I could use some existing equipment from the previous installation, so I have no hangers or on the wall or door mounted worry. The parameters were close enough to the right of the box to the distance and power. This has all the safety features I was looking for, it’s very quiet. It is in our room, so I went to the drive belt. replaced much quieter than the chain drive LiftMaster. Now that I installed this opens, it works very well. It is much quieter than the one it replaces (an old Stanley chain drive), and we had no problem with him.
However, I found that the plant is a mixed bag. The instructions are clear and complete. The pieces were all there, and they all fit together properly. That’s more than I can for a variety of other products that I tried to install. But at least for our system, so it seemed as if too many things “contains”. I bet a little, but for the small and inexpensive needed is a special order. How many people have to mount the opener on the ceiling? Almost everyone (although I can without doubt their present; installation situations are so variable that it may not be practical to include all the material for this).
I am satisfied with this product but the installation process would be much easier if Chamberlain could spend the few extra dollars to be extended by the material most often necessary.

We have recently purchased and installed a WD822K Whisper Drive Super Value Pack. We are pleased with the opener. It really is a lot quieter than the unit of Sears to replace aging or LiftMaster we sit next to him. Of course, Chamberlain sold units are available as well as Sears and Liftmaster.
– The installation instructions are good. We followed them closely. The length of the installation instructions can be scary, but recognize that long because it is clear and complete. Very quiet operation. The strongest part is holding the door itself, we have installed in a room in our house. It is much quieter than the previous “screw” We had already traveled, but still opens the vibrations strong enough to wake the sleeping guests.
The installation is very simple. Partly because of the fact that I installed our previous opener and measures have been essentially the same. instruction book was clear.
The only complaint I have is that the remote controls that do not always work with him! I reprogrammed the remote from the textbook, and I try to read the Treasurer support site, know why they do not work, and the only thing I can think of is our wireless router interfere with the remote. It is very annoying! Sometimes, remote excellent work of our street, and sometimes we have to right to get to our next gate and press the button 10-20 times before it opens. The problem with the remotes that I have experienced is why it is I have 3 stars instead of the fifth I think that remote controls should be compatible with standard devices, or at least have the choice of frequencies / channels to try. After calling customer service Chamberlain (July) on the problem I had with the remote, they have handled the situation very well. After explaining that I have all the troubleshooting recommendations in the manual, they sent me a new board for the engine block was found circut. The circut board was easy to install, and since then I’ve had no problem with the remote. I think the client has an excellent work. And I am very happy with the product. I would now like 5 stars.

My old Liftmaster finally given up the ghost, then it is time to buy a replacement has been. Instructions have been fully informed and easy to follow (the only exception below), and I had no problems at any stage of the installation. Once installed, both my wife and I were surprised to see how everything is calm now! We hear almost nothing from the opener itself and only a few sounds of the garage door itself. The two 100-watt bulbs (not included in the kit) do an excellent job of lighting the garage. Anyone with a few simple tools (screwdriver, wrench, etc.) can not simply install a replacement in no time. So far, this unit exceeds my expectations and I am very happy with him!
ASSEMBLY TIP: On page 7 of this manual is an element called “Spring Trolley Nut,” which is to belt tension / page 11. The instructions are not clear to page 11, what do you want to achieve. There is a silver “Mother Ring” at one end of the trolley spring nut and black “square” at the other end.
