I installed two of these chain driven Chamberlain for two doors. My wife was not at my disposal with the installation (it is not easy, affordable, or low [just a joke, dear Help]). However, I could not do both, even with the help of a scale of 6 m, a Makita battery, put a socket and a screwdriver.
It cost me about 38 minutes to 20 minutes for the first and the second Assembly. Then, each unit requires about one hour to attach the brackets and to mount. A relatively simple task that requires some skill. I need to buy the screws / bolts for the aircraft on the carrier (they give the most, but not all the screws / bolts as each garage is different assembly required). My garage needs to install the brackets on the media as well.
I like my own arteries, so I bought an electric stapler arrow – a good move (the one I bought may be rounded handle and square with a size staples of the nail). Installation of sensors is needed, and implement all the keyboards and the son of the sensor for both units took about 40-50 minutes. A piece of cake job (with a stapler), and sensors are easily mounted on the vehicle.
A light bulb and some improvements are needed (15 minutes per unit). Limited Edition of the door from top to bottom is a method of trial and error for the two screws rotating in the correct position (open and close the door, it is high / low enough). I did not have the power to manipulate with adaptations, but I do not have heavy wooden garage doors.
I helped my buddy install Chamberlain Primo Belt Unit pilot, and I honestly do not believe it is much quieter than justify the additional costs. However, my garage is not attached to my house, so I did not hear. It’s worth an extra room if $ main directly above the garage. This is not a huge difference, however.

** Added ** – I did that for about four years have elapsed, and no problems. They work well with the keychain Security + remote controls, which I bought.

I ordered two-PD210 opens in early November 05 and received at the end of February in the 06 In addition to dealing with the opener Amazon are great. I installed this weekend and they work well, are easy to install and are very quiet. Beware of a number of things, though. Amazon drug their feet for nearly four months because I clicked “Submit, as in some shipments as possible” button. Then I suggested to split up, I had the opener, in two separate envelopes, within two days. It is also noteworthy that control of the remote keyboard CLK1 not break the job! I had trouble programming and called the support line. One of the first things said recording that it is not with Chamberlain opens with a purple learn button function as one I received. I bought a gift for my father, he loved it. This product was easy to install to install it took only half an hour. The additional security features are wonderful and easy spirit of my father. I have this product for almost two years now in the possession, and good performance. My application was unique because very little space between the ceiling and the door (5). The door spring is now sitting at the top of the door, where they are said to be the rail. I had to modify a support and mount the rail and engine very close to the ceiling. I should also mention that my steel door very difficult 8×16 is isolated.
The only problem I had was the chain to “jump” is now very top of the part that slides on the rail was grinding and dressing . Maybe by my particular application, but it looks more like a design problem with the piece of rubber on the slide. I added a piece of metal for the film, which prevents this and had no problems since.
I heard louder opener, but I is not a quiet “either.
